# Directions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 9x9-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
02 - In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and sugar.
03 - In a separate bowl, whisk vegetable oil, eggs, buttermilk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
04 - Add wet ingredients to dry and mix just until combined, avoiding overmixing.
