Cheese and Grape Skewers (Printable)

Alternating cubes of cheddar, gouda, and grapes create an elegant, quick bite for any gathering.

# What You’ll Need:

→ Cheese

01 - 5.3 oz mild cheddar cheese, cut into 0.6 inch cubes
02 - 5.3 oz gouda cheese, cut into 0.6 inch cubes

→ Fruit

03 - 7 oz seedless red grapes, washed and dried

→ Optional Garnish

04 - Fresh mint leaves for serving

# Directions:

01 - Cut mild cheddar and gouda cheeses into uniform 0.6 inch cubes.
02 - Wash and thoroughly dry the seedless red grapes.
03 - Using small wooden skewers or cocktail sticks, alternate threading a cube of cheddar, a grape, a cube of gouda, and another grape onto each skewer until all ingredients are used.
04 - Place the assembled skewers on a serving platter and garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired. Serve immediately or refrigerate until serving.
