# What You’ll Need:

01 - 10 oz frozen chopped spinach, thawed and excess moisture squeezed out
02 - 14 oz canned artichoke hearts, drained and coarsely chopped
03 - 1 small yellow onion, finely diced
04 - 2 garlic cloves, minced

05 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened
06 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
07 - ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
08 - ½ cup sour cream
09 - ½ cup whole milk
10 - 2 large eggs

11 - 1 tbsp olive oil
12 - 1 tsp salt
13 - ½ tsp black pepper
14 - ½ tsp dried thyme
15 - ¼ tsp ground nutmeg (optional)

# Directions:

01 - Set oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 2-quart baking dish.
02 - Warm olive oil in a medium skillet over medium heat. Cook diced onion for 3-4 minutes until softened. Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
03 - In a large mixing bowl, blend the sautéed onion and garlic with spinach, artichokes, cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, sour cream, milk, eggs, salt, pepper, thyme, and nutmeg until uniformly incorporated.
04 - Evenly spread the prepared mixture into the greased baking dish.
05 - Place the dish in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes until the top is bubbling and golden brown.
06 - Allow to cool for 5 minutes to set prior to serving.
