# Directions:

01 - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Crush Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or place in a ziplock bag and crush with a rolling pin.
03 - In a large mixing bowl, blend the Oreo crumbs with softened cream cheese until a smooth, uniform mixture forms.
04 - Scoop approximately 1 tablespoon of mixture and roll into balls. Arrange on the prepared baking sheet.
05 - Freeze the shaped balls for 30 minutes to firm.
06 - Melt the white chocolate or candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 20 seconds until smooth.
07 - Dip each chilled truffle into the melted white chocolate, ensuring complete coverage. Use a fork to lift and allow excess to drip off. Place back on the baking sheet.
08 - Optionally drizzle with melted dark chocolate and immediately decorate with festive sprinkles or crushed candy canes.
