# Directions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F and line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal.
02 - Combine flour, oats, brown sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl. Add melted butter and mix until crumbly and evenly moistened.
03 - Reserve 1 cup of the mixture for the topping. Press the remaining mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan to create the crust.
04 - Toss diced apples with sugar, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, and lemon juice until well coated.
