05 - 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
06 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
07 - 3/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

09 - 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
10 - 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
11 - 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
12 - 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
13 - 1 teaspoon lemon juice

06 - Sprinkle the reserved crumble mixture evenly over the apples.
07 - Bake for 38 to 42 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
08 - Allow to cool completely in the pan before using parchment overhang to lift out and cut into bars.
