# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • It's honestly faster to assemble than it takes to pour the drinks, yet feels like you've made something special.
  • The combination of tart Limoncello and sweet sorbet hits differently when you add that gentle fizz at the last second.
  • You can make it non-alcoholic for guests without creating a separate dessert, which saved me more than once.
02 -
  • Warm Limoncello will melt your sorbet faster than you can drink it, which I discovered the hard way by using a bottle that had been sitting on my counter.
  • The order of assembly matters more than you'd expect because cold glass, then sorbet, then Limoncello, then sparkling water last is what keeps the texture and temperature working together.
03 -
  • Keep your Limoncello in the freezer year-round because it's always ready and you'll find yourself making this more often than you'd expect.
  • If someone wants a non-alcoholic version, simply skip the Limoncello and add extra sparkling water or a drizzle of lemon syrup to keep the flavor balanced and satisfying.
