- Fresh Fruits: 1 bunch red grapes, 1 ripe pear sliced, 1 ripe apple sliced, 8 fresh figs halved (or dried figs if out of season), 1 small pomegranate seeds only
- Nuts & Extras: 80 g walnuts, 80 g Marcona almonds, 60 g dried apricots, 60 g dried cranberries, 1 small jar fig jam or quince paste
- Breads & Crackers: 1 baguette sliced, 1 packet assorted crackers, 1 small loaf nutty or fruit bread sliced
