02 - 1/4 cup (2 fl oz / 60 ml) unflavored sparkling water
03 - 1 tablespoon (0.53 fl oz / 15 ml) magnesium powder supplement (unflavored or berry flavor, optional)
04 - 1 teaspoon (0.17 fl oz / 5 ml) fresh lemon juice (optional)
05 - Ice cubes

06 - Lemon wheel or fresh mint sprig (optional)
# Directions:
01 - Fill a glass with ice cubes.
02 - Pour in tart cherry juice and fresh lemon juice if using.
03 - Add magnesium powder and stir or whisk thoroughly until fully dissolved.
