I first created this fruit board for a Valentine's Day gathering and it was a big hit with everyone appreciating the fresh flavors and cute heart shapes.

Ingredients

  • Fresh Fruits: 1 cup strawberries hulled and halved, 1 cup red grapes halved, 1 cup raspberries, 1 cup watermelon cut into small heart shapes, 1 cup pineapple cut into small heart shapes or cubes, 1 kiwi peeled and sliced, 1/2 cup blueberries
  • Optional Dips: 1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt (or dairy-free alternative), 2 tbsp honey (optional for drizzling)

Instructions

Step 1:
Wash and dry all fruits thoroughly.
Step 2:
Using a small heart-shaped cookie cutter cut watermelon and pineapple into heart shapes.
Step 3:
Arrange all fruit pieces on a large serving board or platter forming a heart shape. Start with the largest pieces (watermelon pineapple) as the outline then fill in with strawberries grapes raspberries kiwi and blueberries.
Step 4:
