01 - 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
02 - 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
03 - 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
→ Flavoring
04 - 1 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
05 - Seeds from 1/2 vanilla bean, optional
→ Sweetener
06 - 1 to 2 tablespoons maple syrup, honey, or agave nectar
→ Ice
07 - 1 1/2 cups ice cubes
→ Optional Toppings
08 - Whipped cream, dairy or non-dairy
09 - Vanilla powder or ground cinnamon for garnish
# Directions:
01 - Add almond milk, Greek yogurt, vanilla protein powder, vanilla extract, vanilla bean seeds if using, and sweetener to a high-speed blender.
02 - Add ice cubes on top of the liquid ingredients in the blender.
03 - Blend on high speed for 30 to 45 seconds until the mixture achieves a smooth, creamy, and frothy consistency.
04 - Taste the shake and adjust sweetness or vanilla intensity as desired.
05 - Pour evenly into two tall glasses and top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of vanilla powder or cinnamon if desired. Serve immediately.
