# What You’ll Need:
→ Bread
01 - 4 slices sourdough or brioche bread
→ Cheese & Filling
02 - 120 grams Brie cheese, sliced
03 - 1 small Granny Smith apple, thinly sliced
04 - 2 tablespoons honey
→ Butter
05 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
→ Garnish (optional)
06 - 2 small strips roasted red bell pepper (for flame)
07 - 2 thin chive stems (for wick)
# Directions:
01 - Preheat a large skillet or griddle over medium heat.
02 - Lightly butter one side of each bread slice.
03 - Place two slices, buttered side down, on a flat surface. Layer Brie slices evenly, followed by apple slices. Drizzle 1 tablespoon of honey over each sandwich.
04 - Cover with the remaining bread slices, buttered side up, and press gently to seal.
05 - Cook sandwiches for 3 to 4 minutes per side, until bread is golden brown and cheese has melted. Press gently with a spatula while grilling.
06 - Trim sandwich edges for a clean rectangle and stand each upright. Use a roasted red bell pepper strip as the flame and a thin chive stem as the wick.
07 - Serve the sandwiches warm and enjoy.
