01 - 2 cups cooked turkey breast, shredded
02 - 0.33 cup buffalo wing sauce
03 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

04 - 1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
05 - 0.5 cup julienned carrot
06 - 0.5 cup thinly sliced celery
07 - 0.25 cup thinly sliced red onion

08 - 4 large flour tortillas (10-inch; substitute gluten-free if needed)
09 - 0.5 cup ranch dressing
10 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
11 - olive oil spray

# Directions:

01 - Combine shredded turkey, buffalo wing sauce, and melted butter in a bowl; mix until evenly coated.
02 - Lay tortillas flat and spread 2 tablespoons of ranch dressing on each.
03 - Distribute lettuce, carrot, celery, and red onion evenly over each tortilla atop the ranch dressing.
04 - Spoon buffalo turkey mixture over vegetables and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
05 - Fold in tortilla sides and roll tightly to enclose fillings completely.
06 - Lightly spray the exterior of each wrap with olive oil spray.
07 - Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 2 minutes.
08 - Place wraps seam-side down in the air fryer basket. Air fry for 6–8 minutes, turning once halfway, until golden and crisp.
