06 - Kosher salt, to taste
07 - Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

08 - 4 flour tortillas (10-inch)
# Directions:
01 - In a large bowl, combine chopped romaine lettuce, cooked chicken, Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese, and croutons. Toss thoroughly with tongs to ensure even coating. Season with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, adjusting dressing as preferred. Set aside.
02 - Heat tortillas in a large skillet over medium heat for 15 to 30 seconds on each side until pliable, or microwave between paper towels for 15 to 30 seconds. Keep warm wrapped in a kitchen towel.
03 - Place warmed tortillas on a clean surface. Distribute the salad mixture evenly in the center of each tortilla.
04 - Fold in the sides of each tortilla, then roll tightly burrito-style. Secure with a toothpick if necessary.
05 - Present wraps whole or halved as preferred.
