# Directions:
01 - In a large bowl, blend softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper until smooth and fully incorporated.
02 - Fold in chopped green onions and parsley gently to preserve texture.
03 - Place the mixture onto a large piece of plastic wrap and form into a uniform ball using the wrap to assist shaping.
04 - Refrigerate the shaped ball for at least 1 hour to set.
05 - Mix chopped nuts and optional chives on a plate. Unwrap the chilled cheese ball and roll it evenly in the nut mixture to coat completely.
06 - Serve immediately or wrap tightly and freeze up to 1 month. Thaw overnight in the refrigerator before serving.
