# Directions:
01 - Place the Oreo cookies in a zip-top bag and crush them into fine crumbs using a rolling pin or food processor. Reserve a few tablespoons for optional coating.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, blend the softened cream cheese with the crushed Oreo crumbs until smooth and incorporated.
03 - Gradually mix in the protein powder, stirring thoroughly to combine evenly.
04 - Add 2 tablespoons of milk, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir until a thick dough forms, adding an additional tablespoon of milk if the mixture feels dry.
05 - Fold in chocolate chips, chopped nuts, or shredded coconut, if using.
06 - Scoop tablespoon-sized portions and roll them into balls by hand.
07 - Roll the balls in reserved Oreo crumbs or shredded coconut for added texture and presentation.
08 - Arrange the balls on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate for at least 1 hour until firm.
09 - Serve chilled. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
