# Directions:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a large bowl, whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until combined. Stir in ham, cheddar cheese, bell pepper, and green onions.
03 - Over medium heat, cook the egg mixture in a nonstick skillet, stirring gently, until just softly set. Remove from heat.
04 - Arrange crescent roll triangles in a circle on the prepared baking sheet, overlapping wide ends at the center and points facing outward to form a 12-inch wreath.
05 - Spoon the softly cooked egg mixture evenly around the overlapping center of the dough ring.
06 - Fold the pointed ends of the dough triangles over the filling and tuck under the center to seal, leaving the center open.
07 - Brush dough with melted butter and sprinkle with poppy or sesame seeds if desired.
