# Directions:

01 - In a medium mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add Greek yogurt, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until creamy and fully combined. Stir in chopped fresh chives.
02 - Transfer the dip onto a large serving plate or shallow bowl. Using a spatula, shape it into an irregular, melted snow puddle with uneven edges.
03 - Roll a small ball of dip or cream cheese for the snowman's head and position it at one end of the puddle. Insert a baby carrot as the nose. Add black peppercorns or diced olives for the eyes and buttons. Wrap a red bell pepper strip around the neck as a scarf. Attach pretzel sticks on each side for arms. Optionally, garnish with parsley or chive stems.
