# Directions:
01 - Wash and thoroughly dry all fruits before slicing.
02 - Cut strawberry, kiwi, mango, and pineapple into 1/4-inch thick rounds or slabs.
03 - Using small star and heart-shaped cookie cutters approximately 1 inch in size, press shapes out of the fruit slices.
04 - Optionally, lightly brush fruit garnishes with lemon zest or sprinkle with edible gold dust to enhance visual appeal.
05 - Skewer each shaped fruit garnish onto cocktail picks or arrange floating atop beverages.
06 - Serve immediately or refrigerate up to 2 hours before use to maintain freshness.
