# Directions:
01 - Cook the ground turkey in a large skillet over medium heat for 5 to 7 minutes, breaking it apart with a spoon until browned. Drain excess fat if necessary.
02 - Transfer the cooked turkey to the slow cooker. Add diced onion, bell peppers, minced garlic, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, kidney beans, black beans, chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, oregano, cayenne pepper if using, salt, black pepper, and chicken broth. Stir thoroughly to combine.
03 - Cover and cook on low for 6 to 7 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours until vegetables are tender and flavors are fully developed.
