# Directions:

01 - In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef, breaking it up with a spatula. Season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
02 - Once beef is browned and cooked through, about 5 to 7 minutes, stir in ketchup and yellow mustard. Cook an additional 1 to 2 minutes until well combined. Remove from heat and set aside.
03 - Wipe the skillet clean and heat a thin layer of vegetable oil over medium heat.
