# Directions:
01 - Line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal.
02 - In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until smooth and fully melted, about 1 to 2 minutes total.
03 - Stir in peppermint extract and sea salt until evenly distributed.
04 - Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
05 - Immediately sprinkle crushed peppermint candies evenly over the surface, gently pressing them into the fudge.
06 - Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until firm.
07 - Lift fudge from pan using parchment overhang and cut into 16 squares.
