01 - 1/2 cup mayonnaise
02 - 1–2 teaspoons finely minced chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
03 - 1 teaspoon lime juice
04 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - Salt, to taste

07 - 8 slices thick-cut bacon
08 - 4 large 10-inch flour tortillas
09 - 2 cups shredded romaine lettuce
10 - 2 medium tomatoes, thinly sliced
11 - 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
12 - 1 avocado, sliced (optional)
# Directions:
01 - Combine mayonnaise, minced chipotle peppers, lime juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Adjust chipotle quantity to control spiciness. Set aside.
02 - Fry bacon slices in a large skillet over medium heat until crispy, then drain on paper towels.
03 - Heat flour tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave until soft and pliable.
04 - Spread approximately 2 tablespoons of chipotle mayo evenly over each tortilla.
05 - Layer shredded romaine lettuce, tomato slices, red onion, and avocado (if using) along the center of each tortilla.
06 - Place 2 slices of crispy bacon on top of the layered vegetables in each wrap.
07 - Fold the sides of each tortilla inward, roll tightly, and slice in half if desired. Serve immediately.
